Overview: Create a festive glow.
Materials: Christmas paper napkins, brush, PVA glue, fine sand, empty 1 litre plastic bottles, battery powered tea light.
How: Cut the top of the bottle and leave a 2 inch bowl. Decorate with glue and paper napkins, and even some glitter! Add half an inch of sand in the bottle to stabilise. Add a battery powered tea light.
