How: Create a mini auction by offering props out to the group, for example a flat cap, walking stick and auctioneers hammer. Encourage people to get into character using their props, each person can say what they are bringing to the auction, describe their cattle.
You could ask: How much is your cattle worth? What does it look like? Where might it be from?
