Overview: Make your own herbal tea.
Materials: Herbs such as thyme, sage or peppermint, teapot, cups and boiling water.
How: Place your herbs into a cup or teapot. Pour boiling water into your pot or cup and let your tea brew for at least 5 minutes. Pour into cups, you can sweeten with honey or fruit rind. Sip and enjoy!
